The Venus Bar in Porto Venere is opened until midnight. It offers a place of rare beauty under the vaults of the old monastery, today a 5-star boutique hotel, or on the terrace overlooking the sea, lulled by the sound of the waves, while the surrounding village slowly slips into silence.

The provisions: Coffee, Tea, Sweets, Snacks and Soft Drinks for breaks during the day. Selection of Beers, Liquors, Gin and the list of cocktails created with elegance and inspiration by our bartenders will be the perfect end for an evening dedicated to relaxation overlooking Palmaria Island and the village of Porto Venere.

Dress code: We kindly request guests who arrive at Venus Bar from 7 pm onwards to attend the bar in formal attire. Please refrain from using t-shirts, tank tops, short pants, beach flip-flops and plastic sandals.

Palmaria Restaurant, which is part of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), is attentive to the specific needs of its customers and also offers gluten-free menus. The complete exclusion of gluten from the diet is not easy to achieve as the grains that are not allowed are found in many dishes of Italian culinary tradition, but the awareness and professionalism of our team will be able to offer a menu specially designed for the celiac.

The Palmaria restaurant, the jewel of the Grand Hotel Portovenere, is located in a spectacular veranda overlooking Palmaria Island and the village of Porto Venere. Guests will find themselves inside a contemporary sailing ship that is about to sail towards the horizon.
Lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM while dinner is served from 7:30 PM until 10:30 PM.

The special "Terrazza Lounge" menu is served from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The sea view terrace and the bar area are the ideal locations for a moment of relaxation with a prime view of the village of Porto Venere and Palmaria island.
